REFUND POLICY

Our 14-day return policy provides that, upon receipt of an item, you have 14 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
